With Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate coming out this March, gamers who wish to play with fellow Japanese gamers will not be able to do so as the servers will be region locked.
The information came from GameReactor’s interview with Ryozo Tsujimoto, Producer of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. To get more of an official confirmation from Capcom, they also have confirmed the news through their official forums at Capcom Unity Blog.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is scheduled for release this March 19th in North America. As always, check back with us near the release date for our review of the game.
