Ever since Gran Turismo 5 was released in 2010, many people assumed Gran Turismo 6 would have been released on the PS4. It sounds like the game might be heading onto the PS3.
Silicon Republic interviewed SCEE’s Senior Vice President Michael Denny where he says “GT6” will be out this year for the PS3.
Here’s his exact words:
“You look at the games coming out on PlayStation 3 this year,” Denny says, “[like] The Last of Us, Beyond, GT6…”
Polyphony Digital has started development on Gran Turismo 6, but nothing else official has been announced or revealed about the game yet. It’s possible Gran Turismo 6 might be a launch title for the PS4 and will also be released for the PS3 too. Hopefully Sony or Polyphony Digital makes an official revelation on the game very soon…
