While fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Kat (Gravity Daze / Rush) and Emmett (Starhawk), it seems Sony might have inadvertently revealed some new information on the DLC.
Thanks to the newly launched “Ultimate Match-Up” promotion in Canada, it seems one of the prizes is DLC for Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale. At first you might be thinking it’s the preorder costumes, but the value is priced at $3 dollars versus $5 and $15 dollars for the preorder costumes. Sadly no further information was given, though it will certainly be interested in the price is $3 dollars, since that would make them considerably cheaper than other DLC fighters.
So what do you think of the contest. Do you think Sony is pricing them low to get more sales or maybe the DLC is something else entirely. Whatever you think it might be, please tell us in the comment section below!

I’m sorry, but you’re mistaken. While the first DLC pack (2 characters and 1 stage) will launch for free, they will only remain free for 2 weeks. After this Sony plans on selling them for an undisclosed amount, which is what this article is mostly about. I say mostly, since we might see similar pricing on future characters (assuming we get more).
