One Halo 4 owner, Timothy, sent a complaint regarding a faulty copy of Halo 4 to Bungie. However, Timothy was unaware of Bungie’s lack of involvement in the development of Halo 4. Sure, Bungie could have simply wrote off this complaint and gone about their day while the distraught customer figured out their own mistake, but instead they played along.
In what is called “Bungie Community Theater, Act One”, Deej (who apparently has three arms) takes it upon himself to solve the customer’s issue, saving their friends over at 343 Industries the trouble. What follows is the hilarious response and quite possibly the best customer service we’ve ever seen. Besides having his mistake pointed out to thousands of viewers, I imagine Timothy is pleased with the outcome.
