Earlier today we reported that some users were experiencing a case of manufacturer’s error when they brought home a new copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops II for PC and were greeted with a copy of the second install disc to Mass Effect 2 in its stead. Bioware has reacted to the mistake and offers gamers the opportunity to get a free game in apology.
To get a free copy of the Mass Effect Trilogy, gamers will have to submit a picture of both themselves and a copy of the game in question (disc 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops II, to be specific) to community@bioware.com. Quantity is limited to the first fifty fans that request the game, so hurry up and pull out that smart phone!
