Another movie based on a popular video game might be in the works. This time, it looks like we may see Metro 2033 on the big screen in the near future.
As reported on The Hollywood Reporter, MGM has picked up the rights to produce the film. Although Metro 2033 was actually a book before it became a game, it will be interesting to see if the movie has some visual inspirations from the game that came out a few years ago.
The movie’s script will be penned by F. Scott Fraizer. He has not worked on anything major to date so let’s hope he can make a good story for Metro 2033.
