PopCap Games has today announced that the sequel of the popular unique turret defence title Plants vs Zombies is in development.
The new instalment will not just be more of what fans love but will also “a bevy of new features, settings, and situations, designed to delight the franchise’s tens of millions of fans”. A PopCap spokesman added a rather unusual comment to the announcement, “Spring is crullest curlie ungood time, and plantz grow dull roots”.
The sequel to Plants vs. Zombies is expected to launch by late spring 2013.
