At E3 Criterion unveiled their next racing title Need For Speed: Most Wanted 2 but this only meant questions about the absence of the Burnout franchise have been asked.
It’s been 4 years since the last major Burnout title, when Burnout Paradise was released, not including the rather tame Burnout CRASH! Speaking with OPM Criterion’s Matt Webster was keen to confirm that Burnout is not yet done and dusted by stating, “Burnout’s certainly not going away, no.”
So we may see another Burnout title yet but most likely it won’t be until Most Wanted 2 has hit the stores.
