Earlier this year, Ubisoft finally got around to announcing Assassin’s Creed 3, the fifth game in the series. Right after the announcement, GameStop quickly informed everyone of their first pre-order bonus, a special steelbook case. Other retailers didn’t hesitate in following suit and made sure to advertise their exclusive content.
Now Walmart has updated their listing for Assassin’s Creed 3with a pre-order mission titled “A Dangerous Secret”. Here’s the official description:
Set out to discover and bury a dark secret in this exclusive single player mission that could decide the fate of the revolution. In addition, unlock the power of the Flintlock Musket a perfect shot for tight spaces.
As you can see in the excerpt above, in addition to the mission, players will be granted access to the Flintlock Musket. In case you were unaware, Assassin’s Creed 3 will feature firearms, a first for the series. If you’re looking to further expand your long-range arsenal, Walmart seems like the store of choice for pre-ordering this highly anticipated title.
