Today is a good day for any RPG fan. If you have a PC or an Xbox 360 and missed out on last year’s release of the Witcher 2, you can now purchase the Enhanced Edition. Additionally Vita users are in luck, as Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention is bring the RPG genre to the Vita. As for the ones with the PlayStation Vita who are sick of the current game line up but wanting a hardcore strategy RPG game can go right ahead and pick up Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention.
Over the past weeks, both of the games have received fantastic reviews. Our Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition review achieved a solid 9.2 out of 10 whereas NIS America’s Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention fell just short of perfection with a 9.5 out of 10. With those two scores alone, you already know that it’s a must buy!
The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition is now available for $59.99 on the Xbox 360 and PC for $49.99. However if you’re looking for a deal, Target has the Xbox version listed for $49.99. As for Disgaea, it will be available on the PSN later today for $39.99 or you can buy it from a retailer for the same price. If you’re unsure of either game, then please check out our reviews for more information.
