Sony has revealed some information on the Survival mode for Resistance: Burning Skies that will definitely give you a reason to pick up your Vita again. The mode will pit 4 human players against two Chimera characters and the human characters will be transformed to Chimera as they are killed. The full statement from Sony read:
“Survival mode pits the players against each other in a race to the finish where only the strong survive. In a battle of humans vs. Chimera, six players start as humans and two as Chimera. As the Chimera players make kills, their human victims are resurrected as Chimera so the balance slowly shifts. As the battle continues, the winner is the human player who lasts the longest in a match. We keep a timer running as you play so you can track your progress.”
The mode definitely sounds like it will be fun to play and will make for some intense matches. Resistance: Burning Skies will release on May 30 exclusively for the Playstation Vita.
