Ubisoft have revealed that they have completely redesigned the way that players will free run in outdoor environments.
Speaking at a London press event they revealed that the redesign allowed players to climb trees and rock formations with ease, in their upcoming title Assassin’s Creed 3. The changes will apparently allow the free running to be more “natural and seamless” and will enable players to swing and jump from tree to tree, even missing branches if they so wish.
