Known for their continuous leaking of Microsoft-related information, MS Nerd has once again claimed to have inside knowledge of an upcoming announcement. This time, the rumor is regarding the reveal of Xbox Lite at E3 this year. What is Xbox Lite? It is a new ARM-based Xbox 360 model that will retail for around $100 and debut next year before Microsoft releases their next-gen console.
Microsoft did say they weren’t planning to reveal any next-gen hardware at this year’s E3, but a revision of current hardware could be a possibility. E3 2012 is a little over two months away, meaning we aren’t too far from finding out whether or not the company is planning on unveiling a cheaper Xbox 360 console.
