As you may or may not know, Deadly Premonition came out for the Xbox and PS3, but the PS3 version was exclusive to Japan. However, Yasuhiro Wada announced an enhanced version for the PS3, that will be released in the West. Additionally, he explained why western PS3 gamers didn’t get it. It would seem that they were unable to release the “full experience” and so the game was never released.
Not a lot else is known, but it will also apparently support the move too. There is hope of showing something at E3 and showing another unannounced title, but this is all up in the air. This is certainly an interesting turn of events, though let’s hope the new content is worthwhile.
