THQ has released the box art for the Limited Edition of Darksiders 2 and it looks awesome. Seeing Death on his horse with his weapons drawn gives you an idea that this game will give you a pretty epic experience. The game is still tagged with a rating pending tag on it but I think we can all safely assume that the game will receive an M rating after the ESRB gets done with it.
Darksiders 2 is the sequel to 2010’s hack and slash Darksiders which followed War in his quest for revenge and the truth following an early start to the apocalypse. The sequel puts you into the shoes of Death who is out to kill anyone who was involved in the plot to incriminate his brother. Darksiders 2 is currently set to release on June 26, 2012 for the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
