No, this isn’t a new Street Fighter IV game. Capcom is just releasing a new patch for the game that improves the characters in the game.
Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Version 2012 is available to download as a free patch for the Xbox 360 and PS3 on December 13th. The patch balances the characters allowing some of them to bust out more damage to their moves and more.
