We have come across the very first signs that the highly anticipated Half-Life 3 actually exists. At a local developer event last night, Seattle-based game developer Chandana “Eka” Ekanayake spotted a Valve Software employee wearing a Half-Life 3 t-shirt.
They had to look twice to make sure it wasn’t some kind of mirage and are quite sure the employee in question does indeed work for Valve. Half-Life 3 is the title on every journalists lips when speaking to Valve however so far they have kept tight lipped about the continuation of the series and refuse to comment on the matter.
Unfortunately this Valve employee seems to know as much as we do about the G-Man and probably doesn’t’ work on the Half-Life 3 floor, unless he’s tied to a very strict NDA (which he probably is and will most likely be receiving a few stern words from Gabe Newell for wearing the t-shirt out in public)
“I got the sense that this developer knew as much about Half-Life 3 as we do, which is absolutely nothing,” Eka stated “I asked his permission to take a photo because it was the first sign of HL3 I’ve seen and I’m a huge fan of the series. I sure hope they have it in development.”
