Big Ant Studios continues to release many new updates for AO Tennis for Australian and New Zealand gamers that own the game on PS4 and Xbox One. The 14th patch has been released and the notes have already been revealed.
Big Ant Studios posted the full patch notes over on the official AO Tennis Facebook page. You can read about the full details posted down below.
A new patch has gone live today (Patch 1.14 for PS4/ Patch 9 for Xbox One) – please find the patch notes below:
– Star Player Practice Matches added to Career which unlock serve/groundstroke styles.
– Trophies awarded in Career Mode Tournaments.
– Tuned AI fault frequency.
– Groundstroke Styles will now save on Academy made players.
– Additional gameplay tuning.
Thanks as always for playing, and enjoy!
The AI fault frequency is a good improvement. Even at the Legends difficulty, the AI would get lots of faults for no reason even though Legends is supposed to be a big challenge.
Practice matches is also a nice touch since the game used to have no practice or tutorials whatsoever. It’s great to see Big Ant Studios further improving the game since the original release back in January was lacking content and felt unfinished.
That being said, AO Tennis is still only available in the countries of Australia and New Zealand at the moment. An official release date in Europe is expected to be announced soon. It’s possible Big Ant Studios wants to release all of the patches first before the game hits worldwide markets.
