Remember when Bethesda announced last week that they had submitted patch 1.2 to Sony and Microsoft for verification? Seems like it was ages ago to me. Their estimate was that the patch would be up “sometime after Thanksgiving.” Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, we have a more direct time frame as to when it will be released as well as some good news for Playstation 3 owners.
Bethesda’s VP of Marketing and PR Pete Hines updated everyone that the patch should go up for all systems during the “first half of next week”. While there is not a full list of patch notes up quite yet, Hines did say that “improved performance for long-term play on PS3” was on the list for 1.2. Hines ended by stating that he would “provide a list of fixes once patch has been certed and no other changes will be made.” This definitely looks like some good news for fans who bought the game on the PS3.

November 26, 2011 at 11:06 PMYeah…oh NO so angry! You can’t put your weapon on a wall!!!! Try having a bug that stops you from finishing the main quest line, like what happened to my level 49. Then you can complain.

November 27, 2011 at 9:32 PMWill this patch fix the following bug?
I’m doing the Thieves Guild Quest: Loud and Clear.
Upon finishing this quest, Brynjolf says to talk to Maven, and so I finish Loud and Clear, however, the quest for Dampened Spirits, which I’m supposed to get upon completion of Loud and Clear, doesn’t become available to me.
I try talking to brynjolf again, but he won’t engage in conversation.
I try talking to Maven, however no new options are available.
Also, I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I have the quest No Stone Unturned active, where you have to find all of the Barenziah stones.
Below the part that says “Find stones,” there is also another objective that says “become full member of thieves guild.”
Correct me if I’m wrong but in the Skyrim Guide it says that completing Loud and Clear makes you a full member.
So does this mean I have to find ALL of the stones in order to progress?
