According to a news report from Engadget China, pre-orders for the PlayStation Vita are huge in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong will be the second territory to have the PlayStation Vita as it will launch in December 23rd. Pre-orders for the PS Vita started yesterday and many retailers in Hong Kong were swamped with eager buyers. The usual crowd of long lines occurred at several stores and even some stores sold out of pre-orders.
Sadly, not all shoppers were there for the PS Vita and some scalpers were there to make a quick buck. One has to wonder what the frenzy will be like when the PS Vita is launched December 23rd.
