Uncharted, a story based, Hollywood-esque shoot ’em up that plays like Tomb Raider and Indiana Jones gave birth to Nathan Fillion with the greatest water physics ever, will be getting co-operative multiplayer.
And it isn’t online exclusive!
Fans of what’s affectionately referred to as “Couch Co-op” should surely be rejoicing (as long as they have a PS3 that is) and jumping for joy. Others may scoff at the ruination of the single-player Hollywood experience, but knowing that while Uncharted has ambitions to be Indiana Jones and not ambitions to be Citizen Kane, the experience probably won’t be tainted too hard and should be considered a relatively harmless, if not hugely fun addition.
Even Wells of Naughty Dog said on his Twitter, plain as day…
“Yes you will be able to play the coop[sic] modes offline.”
Simple.
