The PC version of Batman: Arkham City did not release simultaneously with the console version. A release date for the PC version has finally been revealed.
Rocksteady has announced that the PC version of Batman: Arkham City is to be released on November 15th, 2011. Rocksteady commented on the slight delay for the PC version. “All of the source textures and assets are done at a very very high res and we make them work on all the different SKUs,” said director Sefton Hill. “People will really love the PC version when it comes out.”
Rocksteady wanted to make sure PC gamers have a high quality expereince while playing Batman: Arkham City. Although the delay was done to improve the game, it’s releasing right in the middle of November which is when the likes of Modern Warfare 3 and Skyrim will be out.
