Final Fantasy XIII didn’t offer any DLC. Thankfully a ton of DLC is planned for Final Fantasy XIII-2.
As previously reported, a host of pre-order DLC bonuses are planned for North American retailers.
As for Japanese gamers, they can download the DLC for Final Fantasy XIII-2 when the game hits December 15th in Japan.
Here’s what they receive:
Boss Monster Omega
Beat him, and you can make him into one of your monster allies.
Noel Costume
An original costume for Noel
Serah Costume
An original costume for Serah
Japanese gamers have access to the Omega boss battle available to those who pre-order the game from Amazon.com. They also get the alternate costume Gamestop customers receive.
It’s possible all items will be available for download in all territories once the game is out for a few weeks. This is what happens in most other games…
