The people behind the Humble Indy Bundles, giving great games like Trine, Shadowgrounds and World of Goo for prices decided by the user, have started a new bundle. The bundle contains Frozen Synapse, a tactical game that has been described as similar to the planning stage in the old Rainbow Six games. On top of this, buyers who pay more than the average price, currently sitting at between $4.34 and $4.35, will automatically qualify for the previous Frozenbyte bundle, including a copy of Trine, Shadowgrounds and Shadowgrounds: Survivor. On top of this you can gain access to the tech demo of Frozenbyte’s “Jack Claw”, a game which utilised the Xbox 360 wired controller to control a claw attached to the back of the main character, and the demo for currently in development game Splot.
Humble Indie Bundles provide the games DRM free, with the option to split where your money goes. You can choose to give any amount of the money to the developers (In this case, Frozen Synapse and Frozenbyte, to both the Electronic Foundation Frontier and the Child’s Play charities, and a tip to the Humble Indie Bundle company. The money can be split in absolutely any way the user sees fit, and can be directed to help calculate the average for whichever format you choose.
