If you’re having problems redeeming the Uplay Passport voucher code on the Xbox 360 version of Driver: San Francisco, you might as well give up as there’s no way it will work. It seems that the majority of the games that were shipped in North America, the UPlay Passport voucher codes are missing a letter to make it work.
Don’t worry! Ubisoft revealed today that due to the error on its part, everyone, even gamers on the PlayStation 3 and PC, will be getting the UPlay Passport for free. Even though the problem only applies in North America, Ubisoft also revealed that Europe and other regions will be getting the Passport for free as well, to make it all fair.
As advertised before, the UPlay Passport will allow players to gain access to the 11 multiplayer modes and the Film Director.
