Rovio’s General Manager, Andrew Stalbow has announced that Angry Birds has been downloaded 350 million times.
This is quite an achievement for a game that was released back in late 2009. Stalbow also mentioned the developer sells a million soft toys and t-shirts from the franchise per month.
Angry Birds was originally released on the iPhone/iPod Touch before making its way onto the PlayStation 3 and Google Chrome web browser. I’m guessing most people played the game via Google since it’s free-to-play..
