EU Playstation Blog has revealed that 16 players will be able to duke it out in Alice Springs, Australia when the game releases next month. Australia is already a huge part of the cannon of Resistance as it was one of the last few safe havens after the fall of Europe. After a civil war broke out between the survivors living in Avalon One, a refugee safe camp, the Chimera moved in and decimated what was left. Resistance 3 will be released on September 6 exclusively for the Playstation 3.
