THQ has updated its FAQs page on WWE ’12 and there will only be one commentary team this year.
Much like last year’s release of WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011, the only commentators in the game will be Michael Cole and Jerry “The King” Lawler. If you’re a fan of other commentators in the WWE such as Josh Matthews and Booker T, unfortunately they will not be featured in WWE ’12.
Previous games had a plethora of commentators but I guess to keep costs down, we only need two people on commentary anyway. THQ has previously stated the main focus for this year is on the core gameplay.
