A Monkey Island Collection will be coming to Europe this September with no word of a North American release yet.
As reported by Destructoid, the Monkey Island Special Edition Collection will include remakes of the two classic games from the franchise.
They include “The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition” and “Monkey Island 2 Special Edition: LeChuck’s Revenge”. Both games will have new dialogue, improved graphics and better controls. LucaArts is also including soundtracks and concept art from both games.
The Monkey Island Special Edition Collection will be available on PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 from September 9th, 2011. As aforementioned, it is only being released in Europe for the time being.
