The upcoming Metal Gear Solid HD Collecton has been officially priced at $49.99.
The title includes Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, and Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker. You can now enjoy all of these titles in HD with trophies (unfortunately not with MGS4 yet) or achievements.
While $49.99 is slightly more expensive than other HD remakes, this collection includes the online multiplayer aspect of Peace Walker. Multiplayer is something that is usually overlooked when remakes are concerned as was seen by the announcement that the Splinter Cell HD collection would not be implementing multiplayer into the old titles that originally had the option.
This HD collection is currently listed as having a November 29th release date. If that sticks, November is going to be an even worse month for gamers’ wallets.
