According to Gamestop, while Battlefield 3 won’t be available on Steam it will be available to download from Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network Store.
Financial research firm Baird revealed that the EA first person shooter “will be sold as a download through GameStop, but not through Steam.” One of Gamestop’s executives went onto mention that Battlefield 3 would however be available digitally on other platforms.
