In an interview with XG247, Gearbox Software CEO Randy Pitchford was asked when we will see the next Brother in Arms title.
We all know the company is currently putting the finishing touches on Duke Nukem Forever but some fans are wondering if Gearbox Software will be starting work on Borderlands 2 soon.
It looks like Borderlands 2 won’t be coming out anytime soon as Pitchford commented to expect an announcment on the next Brothers in Arms title instead:
“We absolutely love the Brothers in Arms series and the next in the series is currently in development and expect to see and hear about it all very soon!”
The last Brothers in Arms game came out in 2008 to generally good reviews. We should expect an announcment at E3 2011.
