Details of Ninja Gaiden 3 have been shared prior to E3. One of the things shared is that Ninja Gaiden 3 will have online multiplayer.
Details of the game were shared by the Official PlayStation Magazine US. As explained by CVG, Team Ninja is hoping to tone down the difficulty of the game to make it easier for casual gamers. Previous Ninja Gaiden games have been notoriously hard.
There will no longer be weapon stores for you to buy either as weapons are automatically upgraded as you progress through the game.
As aforementioned, the game will also have a multiplayer mode for the first time in the series. Up to 8 players can be supported in both co-op and versus modes with plans for PlayStation Move compatibility as well.
No release date for the game was given but Ninja Gaiden 3 will be on both the Xbox 360 and PS3.

As much as i love the reward of the challenge to these games. I still find it unfair that they don’t have an easier mode FOR people who just can’t master the freak skills of defense, timing, and cheese gang-ups. Making it easier will let someone with decent skills playthrough, and at least still enjoy the story.
