L.A. Noire Gets a DLC Patch on the PS3

For gamers who purchased the PS3 version of L.A. Noire, a new patch is waiting as soon as you pop the game in while on the PlayStation Network.

According to the patch prompt screen, the L.A. Noire patch is named as “L.A. Noire DLC”. It is currently unknown whether the patch will prep PS3 owners to the Consular Traffic Case that they can redeem as soon as the PlayStation Store resumes its service this coming Tuesday.

More on the news as to what the patch does will be revealed when the PlayStation Store resumes its service.

It’s only a preparation for the DLC. I downloaded it as required and I unlocked the street case for the DLC but not the main case. Really good game though even if it’s a bit slow from time to time =D
