For those of you unaware, there were Uncharted 3 DLC codes for an exclusive skin given at out at PAX Eats 2011. Some of the people who got their hands on this early bit of Uncharted 3 deliciousness saw financial opportunity in it and took to Ebay to see what they could nab for it. And what they got was pretty ridiculous.
The first listing of the DLC code can be found here. This person made $70 on a bit of DLC that can not even be redeemed yet! The nest one was even more of a shocker. The selling price? $110. This amount of money is so ridiculous for a piece of paper that I almost didn’t believe it…until I actually checked. The proof of this is here.
It seems like they may have gotten screwed over for something that is likely to be released as DLC later or as a pre-order bonus, but that’s just me. What do you guys think? Would you go to the financial lengths listed above for something such as this? Feel free to comment in the section below.
