Geohot has today made a statement denying involvement in the recent PSN hack that caused Sony to turn off the network.
Hotz the man that opened the PlayStation 3 up for homebrewing and hacks commented “To anyone who thinks I was involved in any way with this, I’m not crazy, and would prefer to not have the FBI knocking on my door”.
He went on to attack the hacker by saying “You make the hacking community look bad, even if it is aimed at d****** like Sony.” Hotz also made a remark aimed at the hacker “Don’t be a d*** and sell people’s information.”
The latest information points towards PSN being back up next week.
