Infinity Wards community manager, Robert Bowling, has confirmed that the upcoming patch for Modern Warfare 2 will only focus on removing the hacking, from the title.
When asked is the patch would attempt to balance some of the perks Bowling replied on his twitter account fourzerotwo that “The upcoming patch will only address hacking concerns and the rock on fuel. No perk rebalancing. Sorry.” So there you go, many fans believe that Modern Warfare 2 could be vastly improved, by balancing: especially the One Man Army perk. Alas it seems IW have bigger problems in the form of hacking.
Have you experienced any problems with hacking or would you rather seem a patch which balanced the title? Comment below.

March 3, 2011 at 10:34 AMthere will always be problems with hacking you will never fix it. they come out with a patch the hackers just find away around the patch. your feeding the fire people. if sombody said i could not hack a game because of a patch i would do it for the hell of it and to prove them wrong.

March 3, 2011 at 11:41 AMI’ve played over 30 days of MW2 online and only been in a handful of Hacked lobbies that I immediately left. I’d rather see them fix other problems with the game. The problem is, they see no problem with the PERKS like many users do. He may tell us that he’d like to address the OMA/Noobtube situation, but I think he’s saying what we want to hear and not what he really thinks.

March 3, 2011 at 2:39 PMIm glad he isnt fixing anything else because its going to be like black ops all over again. They already fixed a few things before in updates. Their will always be a gun or a perk people will use a lot. Wouldn’t you use something that will get you kills? Just learn how to deal with it. People are always crying about stuff like this. Deal with it or your going to have a game like black ops where it is not much fun anymore.
