According to an interview conducted by Jalopnik.com Kazunori Yamauchi (Polyphony Digital boss) has confirmed that the game has finally reached gold.
That means development of the game is finally complete. Kazunori Yamauch’s comments were : “The discs are being stamped as we speak.”
It looks as if the game will arrive before Christmas 2010 after all, dispelling any lingering rumors that the game will launch in 2011 instead. Let’s hope Sony will now reveal new (and hopefully for the final time) release dates for the game.
