We reported last month about the possibility of Threads of Fate hitting PSN. According to a recent tweet from Square Enix producer, Shinji Hasimoto, it has been confirmed that Threads of Fate will indeed be making its way to the PlayStation Network.
We can thank Hashimoto and his Twitter followers after his poll asking fans to submit the top three PS1 Classics they’d like to see on PSN. Haven’t heard of this gem? Well, I don’t blame you considering it didn’t exactly release amidst a great fanfare. A classic PS1 action-rpg with platforming elements, Threads of Fate weaves the tales of the spunky, magician girl Mint and the shape-shifting Rue.
Yeah, that’s pretty much all I remember. Sadly, I never got to finish the game, but perhaps now I’ll be able to. It might have to wait after I return from my adventures with Zidane and the gang though. No official release date has been confirmed, but as always, we’ll update you on that front as soon as details land.
