Hollywood’s take on the 3D fighting game series has now gotten a Blu-ray/DVD release date penned for Japan.
Thanks to Warner Home Video gamers can get the Blu-ray and DVD release on August 11, 2010. It will cost you 3,990 yen. The film will also be released on Warner Brothers video on demand for digital distribution.
Here is the what you’ll receive. This shows the Blu-ray packaging of the film:
No word yet if the film will be distributed in other regions. As always we’ll keep you posted if more information arrives. The film is set to be released straight to DVD and Blu-ray on September 1, 2010 in the UK.

May 17, 2010 at 8:12 PM@Dean Not sure when this will hit New Zealand shores. I’m guessing it will be a direct to DVD/Blu-ray release but we won’t see it until many months after the rest of the world. This happened with the Street Fighter: Legend of Chun Li movie so I expect the same treatment with this too.
