According to the latest rumor mill there has been some details shed on a new story for the Uncharted series.
The “character” of Nathan Drake left a few mew messages on his official German social networking site “MeinVZ”.
Here are the latest messages:
– “Amundsen was the first to reach the South Pole. He wrote about a city that is said to have lain under the ice there. That doesn’t make any sense!”
– “The South Pole is now 25 million years under ice. Such cities didn’t exist at that time. What has Amundsen seen? I can’t sleep because of that!” – “The South Pole is now 25 million years under ice. Such cities didn’t exist at that time. What has Amundsen seen? I can’t sleep because of that!”
– “I’m probably crazy, but I want to know more about it. I will fly to Fredrikstad, Amundsen’s hometown. Must know it” ( PS3 , uncharted , Uncharted 2: Among Thieves ) – “Probably I’m crazy, but I Want to know more about it. I Will Fly to Fredrikstad, Amundsen’s hometown. Must know it.”
Will more details surface about this at E3? A prelude to Uncharted 3 perhaps? Or is this all fake? Either way many people will be looking forward to Uncharted 3 since Uncharted 2 became a runaway hit.
