What is often widely regarded as Namco Bandai’s answer to Capcom’s Monster Hunter series, Namco Bandai will be holding a tournament for God Eater and will announce a “New Project” during the event.
The God Eater Fes 2010 event is an event in Japan solely for the PSP exclusive title. It will be held at Akihabara UDX on July 11 from 10:30 to 17:00. The event will have a special time attack tournament, a God Eater stage plus displays harboring illustrations and comics and stalls selling merchandise.
The interesting piece of news from this is that Namco Bandai will be holding a “New Project Announcement Meeting” during the event. Could this mean a sequel to God Eater is in the works? We’ll keep you posted when more information comes our way.
