Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm was released as a PS3 exclusive a while back, mainly to let Non-PS2-Owning PS3 owners in on the Ultimate Ninja action, and as such it has been overshadowed by the Ultimate Ninja series on PS2. CyberConnect2 revealed recently that they will be developing a follow-up and are letting Xbox 360 gamers have a taste as well.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 claims to have a larger character roster, improved graphics and gameplay, and a much broader story, featuring Naruto’s struggle against Sasuke Uchiha and the Akutsuki.
The first game’s graphics was a beautiful as can be, and if they really intend to improved on them, we’ll be in for something brilliant. A little bit more depth and most of the more hardcore Naruto fans should be happy.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Story 2 is set for release in Fall 2010 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
