Pre-ordered goods are always a good thing because once it gets rare, people start to get crazy and pay whatever amount to get their hands on that exclusive item. Mass Effect 2 pre-order DLC codes are one of those DLCs that people are paying so much even though the seller got it for free.
The Terminus, Inferno, and the Collector’s Edition Armor are selling for at least at US$20 on eBay even though it is for free with the purchase of Mass Effect 2. It is sure a great way to get money if you have access to those free DLC codes. Do you think Commander Shepard’s armor is worth a penny to you?

February 5, 2010 at 7:54 AMThe collector’s edition armor wasnt free. People had to buy that to get the code. The inferno armor and terminus armor you see werent free to all who purchased the game either, those were preorder bonuses. Like most commodities, give it time and the price will go down. A few days ago they were selling for well over 10 dollars now if you look, tbe price is hovering between 5-10 usd. In my opinion the collectors edition armor isnt worth keeping. You will eventually find something else that is better, so if I end up buying that then I would more than likely sell it. It help pays for the overall cost of the game.

February 6, 2010 at 11:00 PMEh, the armor DLC are terrible. They made it so you can’t customize any aspect of them. The bonuses attached to them are only attractive at the beginning of the game where you don’t have access to any decent parts for your superior N7 suit. The armors are just plain boring compared to your normal armor. I kind of regret using the codes up but when you have ME2 on your brain, it’s hard to think straight.

February 11, 2010 at 5:10 PMYou can only get Cerberus Network-related DLC from the Cerberus Network (right now that only includes Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site and Cerberus Armor & Shotgun). If you want the Collector Armor & Rifle, the only way is to get/trade an unused code or purchase a Collector’s Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition of Mass Effect 2 for the code.
