If you are in the United States and you have a Paypal account, you can now use it to purchase anything on the XBOX Live. From Microsoft Points to your XBOX Live Subscription, paying your service has never been easier.
To add your paypal account, head over to the Account Management on xbox.com and add it like you will add a credit card. You can only pay with paypal through the site and not on the 360 console.
